Spring is Flirting With Us

Spring is flirting with us.  The forsythia is blooming, daffodils are up and blooming, magnolia trees and other flowering trees are in bloom.  Some days the sun shines and feels very nicely warm and welcoming.  Then there are days like today.  The sun is out but the temp still wants to be winter.  The low was in the 30s and there was even mention of snow in the forecast!  How do you decide what to wear?  I have a ticket to the symphony tonight — the concertmaster is playing Beethoven program — and while I haven’t decided on a dress, I know my bright blue winter coat will be part of my outfit.

I had tentatively planned to go to a wedding this afternoon.  A young couple from church are getting married.  I’ve been praying that the weather would cooperate.  I bought a gift for them but I’m of two minds whether I’ll give it to them or not.  I need to stay at home and get some work done.
