Last night on my way home from Bible Study, I stopped and got two doughnuts. They were apple spice filled Bavarians and tasted oh so good. Problem is that they didn’t settle down in my stomach like a good doughnut should. Result was broken sleep and a sore stomach. Tummy still doesn’t feel right today.
So when will I learn not to eat doughnuts before going to bed? Seems like I’m being an awfully slow learner.
